A few words of advice, DO NOT take the information that these tenants are providing lightly! I have never seen a more corrupt property management company, sadly there are many within this state it seems. I almost became a resident at the Gardens at Country Club property. Grant it, Some of the issues were because of the previous rental property delaying the verification process; however, the poor communication made it equally challenging. Long story short, It was a month in, with Utilities on, still not moved into the apartment. It was not until it was time for me to physically move in that was I told, I would need an additional 1k (which was not mentioned when I discussed the cost nor, was I informed that the $325 deposit was non-refundable). I was even willing to compromise the additional cost for renters insurance at $9, although I had my own but had to purchase theirs! After too many inconsistencies¦ I declined because I saw the writing on the wall. I had to tell them three times on the phone twice and in an email that I am no longer interested. The kicker came after I reminded them the third time, that I was no longer interested¦ I was told it takes 30-90 days to refund my money. It took them no time to accept it! Run for the hills!!! The manager really cares about her tenants. Very hardworking. Very informative. I was scheduled to sign my lease and received an email because when she went to inspect the apartment she noted burn marks in carpet and the stove wasnt working. She was so concerned this would be a problem for me if she couldnt get it fixed/replaced in time. I move in today and while the stove should be installed by the end of today, doesnt matter because I love my microwave, the floors already fixed and Im moving into the nicest apartment Ive ever been into. more ... hide ...

Ive only been here two years and this is worst neighborhood Ive ever lived. The landlord is extremely rude. She is the most unpleasant person Ive ever had to do business with. Theres no maintenance staff. Ive experienced nothing but violence, rowdy neighbors, people doing illegal activities, and terrible staff while living here. Theyve raised the rent recently but its still unsafe. Theyve removed the ability to have any packages delivered to the office, so packages will most likely get stolen. The neighborhood is filled with trash and dog feces all over. The wiring in the apartment was not professionally done. They leave the tenants to deal with everything on their own, including repairs, they wont do anything to compensate or help you either. They havent cleaned the swimming pool or gym in years.
