My initial phone call to Stephanie was so warm and positive. She answered all my questions and offered to set up an appointment to come down from the Phoenix metro area. The tour that Cedric gave was informative and real ly very pleasant. The leasing teams enthusiasm was sincere and welcoming. I loved seeing the improvements underway and the staff were hard at work all over the property. I have been trying to find an affordable apartment for my daughter who is starting her first job out of college and Catalina Ridge Apartments fits the bill to a T. Full transparency on costs is greatly appreciated and the automated application process was a breeze. It took very little time to get our paperwork completed and we are set with our move in date. What a nice environment! I am in search for an apartment for my daughter and was greeted and assisted by a friendly staff! I am very detailed oriented (sometimes to a fault) and had a ton questions and \"what ifs\". The manager Lea (sp) was right there with a smile to answer everything! I may have driven her a bit nuts to be honest. Her professionalism is top notch! I wish I could give this place a zero. The apartments are DISGUSTING, INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. The manger of the apartments doesnt care about the tenants and will tack on fees for any little thing. They were chargi ng me for stuff that I wasnt even aware of. And the office lady is so Rude is crazy. She has no respect and they are so unprofessional and unorganized. This is the worst place to try and live. They will not let you stay here comfortably. If you have an issue in the apartment, maintenance will barley even fix it or they will takes months to come and repair the problem. Ive had clothes stolen from the laundry-mat, had my car broken into and my fathers car stolen. Tenets that live around the playground come out and threaten the children playing outside for making noise the office does nothing about it. more ... hide ...
