Scheduled 11am and 12pm viewing for me and a coworker to view seperate units, the person never showed. I received confirmation text and email. We sat in the parking lot waiting and leaving voicemail. Office hours listed on door said office was to open at 10am on Saturday. We arrived early 10:40am and waited until 11:45am. No call back to apologizing but they blocked my number so I cant call to speak to management. This is very concerning.They lost out on long term potential residence. We work in housing within King County and also have a solid background in property management. I would report them to Regional Manager but they block me from even calling to request to speak to property manager.Also, while we were waiting we seen at least two residents attempt to visit the office.We dodged a bullet here. more ... hide ...

I lived here 2 years ago, and I warn anyone who lives here to be very careful if you choose to rent. The rent is kind of reasonable, but they dont like doing maintenance if they have any way to get out of it, and the wi ndows are super inefficient. It is SO COLD in the winter, even with the heat turned all the way up. And I just got a collections call for my last utility bill because they didnt bother to give Tacoma Public Utilities my forwarding address and gave the wrong move out date, so I never got my bill and I ended up having to pay for longer than I actually lived there. I wouldnt rent from them again. more ... hide ...

The New Staff is a joke. They definitely tried to play me because I was younger than most of their tenants, but my rent was always paid on TIME and IN FULL! ;)One time they put a note on my door saying I didnt pay my ful l deposit haha mind you I had already been living there for two whole months. Haha heres the kicker they said \"Pay with your next months rent or vacate\" you have a balance of 0.35 cents that was not paid with you rent. YES YOU READ RIGHT THEY SAID 0.35 CENTS! smdh. The old staff was legit, real nice caring ppl, these new ppl are definitely ppl you should watch out for. Exspecially if youre young.So much more happened I just dont have enough time to explain it all. But Im pretty sure the first review was fake so I just wanted to give ppl a real life heads up! Point blank if there No body there name BOB just dont move there without really crossing your Ts and dotting your Is.(Staff of 2015-2016 were way better than this new staff that took over)Oh and my rent at the time was only $550 for a studio but I bet you they have you paying alot more now...SMH smh more ... hide ...
