Nice quiet location in Shelby, good value, and property management does a good job maintaining the property. I would rent from again and recommend to others.

My boyfriend and I went on a tour February 4th 2018. We were told we would be second on the waiting list to move in the second week of June or late May. We were super excited.We called the office the next day to try and sign a lease, and pick in a move in date. We waited to hear back from them until the 25th. When, we called again. Finally she called back and told us shed have a date for us the next week and would call us. Well..... She never called us. I emailed her on March 3rd to see what was going on or if we needed to search somewhere else. She never responded to my email... To this day ( may 24th) she still hasnt replied to my emails! So, March 5th I had my boyfriend call because Im just annoyed with the lack of communication at this point. My boyfriend gets ahold of her and she says that she hasnt even started asking people if they were moving out or wanted to renew their leases yet.... We were told she was going to start making calls March 15th and they have till the 30th to respond.... still havent heard anything from them after the two dozen times weve called and the emails we have sent.If you are considering moving here I suggest you call them a year in advance .Dont worry guys, we found an apartment. Not like you cared though. more ... hide ...
