While the Chloe amenities are nice, the building itself is outdated. They are trying to make capital improvements, but the projects are poorly managed and living in the building has been extremely difficult. There are co nstant construction crews, loud noises, and workers yelling around the property. The new Chloe building is far from finished as well. If you enjoy living in a construction site, this is the building for you!Edit: I have lived here for a year now and building systems have continued to fail, management staff provides misinformation, and security is an issue. Building management does not keep proper track of what parking spaces have been leased and managed to rent my spot out to another tenant. Working from home is difficult as the building wiring is old and wifi is spotty. When our power went out this past week, residents were locked out of the building as the Chloe fob system is not on an emergency generator. It also took them over 24 hours after power was restored to return hot water to residents. Chloe has done a wonderful job of burying my original review with positive ones, but tenants in the building are extremely disgruntled and have begun to organize. Unfortunately, I extended my lease at the beginning of Covid but am looking forward to moving out. more ... hide ...

Pardon the alias but I dont want to be blacklisted for speaking out as other colleagues of mine have. I Worked here for a few months as a caregiver and had an atrocious experience this is probably the worst retireme nt home Ive worked at in my career. Management is horrible where do I begin 1. dont expect anything to be done in a timely manor especially if Kaui is still there she will dodge calls, make up excuses or just flat out ignore you if you need something from her. 2. Deonte will usually make your life hell(unless he likes you) with his passive aggressiveness and favoritism, its funny how he tries to enforce rules when him and Kaui come in hungover all the time¦ and finally 3. Dont bother going to talk to Kristine about it because she wont do anything. Most of this applies to residents and families too Ive heard from so many that theyll try to get money refunded because they paid too much ect and it will take months for hounding everyone down until anything gets done. Im now at The Bellettini and Its 10/10. Since leaving Ive learned that Queen Anne Manor has a pretty bad reputation around the Puget sound. Oh yeah also if you work, live or visit the community and they give you anything with ice in it DONT DRINK IT. Multiple times Ive seen pieces of mold on the ice. When I asked the kitchen staff about it they said yeah probably weve never cleaned it more ... hide ...
