Village Green apartments was never perfect, but people lived comfortably in their homes until the new management company took over. There used to be plenty of parking on both sides of the complex until management decided to take over half of it away. Their excuse was that the fire Marshall ordered it due to safety. When residents contacted the fire Marshall about this, they said that it wasnt true, and that management was not being truthful. We have lived here close to 10 years, and it was never an issue until Cannon Management showed up. They assigned 1 parking space to each household. Keep in mind that there are 3-bedroom apartments here and they only get 1 parking space. Then the curb parking inside of the complex is first come first serve. But guess what people do not move their vehicles for months and management does nothing about it. you will have to park outside of the complex. If you call management and are miraculously able to reach them, they say that there is nothing they can do about the parking situation. They dont care if a car has been parked in the same spot for 5 months. They will do nothing about it.Furthermore, if you are being harassed by neighbors, good luck management wont help you there either. You can submit a complaint and your email will go unanswered. There are zero consequences for individuals who act violently towards another neighbor. There are zero consequences for a neighbor that keeps another neighbor up at all hours of the night because they are pounding on your shared bedroom walls. Yes, the rent is cheap, but it comes at a price. Its unfortunate that many of us must forcefully live here due to being economically disadvantaged. However, this plays to the management companys favor because they know people are forced to stay here so it doesnt matter whether they rectify the situation or not. more ... hide ...
