Beyond unprofessional upper staff, very cruel actions toward another disable renter, and had acted towards ours horrible. A our family was moving from one appertment. They had to transfer one storage from one to another. The mom was in the hospital which they knew. Gave notice by telling verbally to the 13 year old son of notice that the storage would be emptied. Mom in hospital had to leave phonr messages explaining the situation. Three days later the storage was sent to the dumpster. Mom realized 2 days later what was done.
