Im an evicted resident from the N Killingsworth and Hillsdale neighbor Hood, that got evicted from the Alder House! Ill also be a manager there in couple of months, so Ill also have another review! The neighbors their at the Alder House are miss treating, suck and abusive I was fiscally attacked several times by a white woman and my neighbor, a black women outside and inside the building. The staff are abusive and miss treating, The staff knock on the doors and fight you threw the building for other neighbors but when asked to knock on the neighbors doors and do the same they are abusive and miss treating. I had to call the cops, on my neighbor for attacking me, and the managers ran outside up to me and the cops, and said that they were evicting me and that I punched the lady several times? more ... hide ...

The Patton home, is a very clean and safe environment of an apartment complex that is well supervised and managed by Ellie the property manager at 4610 North Michigan Avenue. Im on the waitlist for an apartment there. Th e Patton home has a garden area a greenhouse a secured smoking area, clean rooms, and a pool table and a weight room. My mothers health took a turn for the worse in February of this year. Life-saving surgery was able to save us some grief but it was St. Anthonys here in Portland that has restored her independence, dignity, and m y peace of mind.
