This place needs better management! Lazy a** people in the office who cant enforce rules. Trash everywhere. Landscapers do a half a** job. From what Ive heard. They are related to someone in the office. Lights out in v arious parking spaces. Assigned parking spaces would be nice! Since TENANTS pay rent. You have other tenants family members who park in spaces leaving renters to park in the street.. They need to charge a 30.00 fee to tenants who cant maintain blinds or window screens. Management should cruise the property weekly & take notes. But thats doubtful. more ... hide ...

The worst apartments to stay at¦ I lived here a year and I asked was this a safe and comfortable environment seeming as it would be my first apartment and they lied¦ it is infested with roaches they dont fix an ything unless its a huge problem that could lead to a law suit. my apt has not been right since the first month I moved in. Weve been through several different management and they cant seem to get anything right¦ Plumbing is horrible you can only use the A/C in the summer and it barley works. The pool is disgusting and if there is plumbing problems it all goes to the pool. 0/10 would not recommend more ... hide ...

Ive been being threatened and harassed by my upstairs neighbors for MONTHS now. Office manager always has an attitude and has even told me its my fault for living there when I make a complaint and I still havent heard anything from corporate regarding the continuous harassment. This place is literally just a place to lay your head if you dont have anywhere else to go. If I could afford to move I would.
