*BEWARE* (-5stars)DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!My boyfriend and I moved here last august. Worst mistake ever! Right when we got here it was disgusting. Everything was dirty. The floor was caked in this gross black s tuff. We had to sweep up glass that was on the floor by the window(below). There were no handles on our bathroom cabinets. Our bathtub didnt drain. Our windows cant open(they are windows that should be able to). They painted over the door to the apartment while it was closed(below), so we had to break the seal in order to get it open. Our dishwasher makes the dishes dirtier because the roaches live in there. Roaches are terrible! They were in the apartment before we even go any food in.There are homeless people that will sleep in the laundry rooms. The doors are supposed to be locked, but no one does it. And management doesnt care. The garbage is constantly overflowing(below). Ew. And homeless people will dumpster drive in them a lot. We came home to a broken window about a month and a half ago. Went to the office but it still has yet to be fixed. We have had 3 Amazon packages stolen totaling about $150. Two of those packages we had delivered to our SIDE PORCH because we knew someone would steal them. Someone had to break into our home to steal those. But management says that its theyre responsibility. Kids are constantly cursing and screaming outside our apartment with no supervision. They throw balls at our window which knocked down a photo in our wall.This should scare you^^Please, dont come here. more ... hide ...

We got new management who CARESGot the gate fixedHomeless camp finally off the outside propertyDont get me wrong, these apts are nice, full size washer/dryers in your unit, very spacious, especially made for those who ar e handicappedPool, and small gymIt was just the past mgt who didnt care and let everything go, but now things are looking back to normal more ... hide ...

I have lived here for more than 3 years. I Loved these apartments. When things are broken, the Maintenance crew are awesome guys, always friendly and fix thing timely. The layout for the apartments is really nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend these place. Only reason i didnt give a 5 stars is because the night time security truly are worthless, an individual in the main office does come off rude, and my car has been raided 4 times since living here. As long as dont forget to lock your car doors, everything should be fine. more ... hide ...

Poor mangement I lived here for 2 going on 3years the office lady Ms nina is very rude she plays favoritism with many tenants that she likes The ones that are her least favorite if any problems occur she with play sides an have you removed or your least terminated. Many tenants including myself are awear that the maintenance man in D7 enters your home without concent as i let Ms Nina her know nothing has been done about it he entered my home and bedroom while I was sleeping with my child an he continues to work here. Other tenants (women) have stated he has entered thier home as well without concent and nothing has been done YET he is a creep so becareful The mangement team does not do there job the right way nor cares about the tenants safety . more ... hide ...
