Do not live here! The new management is the worst. The old management was frustrating, but at least they communicated and dealt with issues in a timely manor. This new management is unresponsive/you can never get a hold of anyone. We had an issue with our sink/drain/disposal/dishwasher (as did our neighbors) that we all had to get fixed on our own because nobody showed up to take care of it for 2.5 weeks. Zero communication. Zero care. No one answers the phone so every time we would stop in to get some sort of status update they would act like this was new news, tell us a plumber would be out by end of day¦ they didnt come for 2.5 weeks. The office is randomly closed so we never know when they are actually available because the hours listed are not the hours followed. For weeks on end we were not receiving mail and not one email was sent letting us know, let alone giving us a heads up that we needed to go to the post office. Listen, I get that stuff happens and sometimes things take time, but the lack of communication makes you feel unseen, unheard and forgotten. more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for 5 years now. Yes, the apartments are outdated. Yes, Ive had maintenance issues. Yes, the walls are paper thin. Any time Ive brought up anything maintenance wise, its been addressed immediately. Th ey have pest control in regularly, but its not their fault if a tenant brings roaches in the place and they spread. They do try to fix it. Thats always a possible issue when living in an apartment building. Some people are just nasty. Rent a house if you dont want that being a possibility of happening. The staff are always friendly. My daughter goes to the front office regularly, as do all the kids when they get off the school bus, for treats. The office staff sit there waiting for the kids! For the most part, its quiet, the neighbors I have are friendly, and we leave each other alone. My only complaint is I wish they had 3 bedroom apartments, as my family has outgrown the one Im in, and will need to move to something bigger in the next year or 2.
