Phyllis Wheatley is a very nice and loving community to live in for the elder and disable. As long as you respect where you live it will respect you. And with all the expanding Nashville is going through Phyllis Wheatle y Homes is not perfect, but it is one of the better neighborhoods for the elderly and disable tenants that reside here. I been living over here for 1 month going on two months 1st I didnt even view the apartment until I had sign the lease then screen door was already broken and they take there time to order another one,On top of that chil dren be hopping and damaging folks cars and kicking my car, kicking the sliding door glass all cause I have a camera in my house the rules are not in force and landlord dont care at all they dont pressure wash the outside before someone move in and there are spiders be in tubs its crazy and im moving wont be here to much longer more ... hide ...

I moved here back in August of 2021 when Traci was still there and it was a decent place for the pricing at the time. Traci was wonderful. However, the buildings are falling apart. Im hoping the new renovations will help . However, the new management is not the best. I had to do an early termination of my lease back in December. I was told twice that they have received my notice and my payment for the lease break. I went in person, emailed, and called. Then I kept receiving calls asking why I havent paid rent. After finally getting that taken care of, I am glad to have moved out and I hope that they make improvements with the staff and the property. more ... hide ...
