Love the new guy management very professional and approachable easy to speak with. If there is any issue he make sure it is handled in a professional yet timely manner unlike the other woman manager, Andrea who has an ba d attitude and she is NOT approachable or professional and do NOT handle things in a timely manner. If she dont like you shell show it in how she handle you as a tenant/guest and you will not catch her smiling so many of us when we see her keep walking when she is here. She seem depressed for yrs now, so glad they hired someone else to be here, he is definitely a breath of fresh air for the company we really like his demeanor and professionalism over here at Greenwich, thank you all for finding someone so professional and willing to make sure we are all comfortable and being handled with respect. more ... hide ...

Boulevard Apartments has excellent living places, however their tenants bring most of the problems, there are some extremely nasty people living there whove obviously never heard of a washer and dryer, cant figure out ho w to clean a bath tub, or know how to use a broom/dust pan or mop. The management does everything in their power to accommodate the residents, but the residents act like management is secretly sneaking mice & bugs in their apartments while theyre sleeping.
