Id give them 0 stars if I could. My experience with community bridges is HORRIBLE. First off they hospitalized me against my will, when I told them countless times I didnt WANT or need the services. Well spent two days i n the ER waiting for them to send me to a psychiatric ward, then had me ride in a ambulance two hours away to another hospital. Spent four days there. Got out and had NO way of getting home, had to call a buddy to come get me. Then heres the KICKER left me with ALL the bills and cost of the services I didnt want. Now Im over 9k in debt because of them. Ive contacted them via email and phone trying to get this sorted out and nobody will help me now, they just keep transferring me to different departments. Notice how they ONLY REPLY TO NICE COMMENTS WITH 3+ STARS.THEY FINE YOU FOR EVERYTHING! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY KID TOYS ON PATIO OR LET CHILDREN PLAY ON YOUR PATIO EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY RENT! THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS.Communication lacks after you move in. They stop answering calls or emails, maintenance never shows up when asked. Theyre never in the office, and if they are they just choose not to answer calls. Rent continuously goes up on their app and charges random amounts. For a low income place, they charge as much, if not more, than youd pay for a 3-4 bedroom HOUSE. Weve found scorpions and random bugs since moving in. The water SMELLS and is foggy, they try to blame it on the city but I have never lived anywhere that had the hot water come out nearly white. They ask you multiple times to write a review right after meeting them but once you start to live their after time you find so many problems that they never address. more ... hide ...
