If I could put 0 stars I wouldI called before applying to this place and ask IF MY APPLICATION IS DENIED WILL I RECEIVE MY HOLDING DEPOSIT BACK.. YES IS WHAT THE LADY TOLD ME ...SO A FEW DAYS GO BY AND I RECEIVE EMAIL SA YING I BEEN DENIED BECAUSE SHE CALLED SOMETHING RELATED TO MY WORK BUT NOT MY JOB SHE CALLED WHAT SHE WANTED TO CALL ... AND SAY NO I CAN NOT RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK DUE TO FALSE INFORMATION... THESE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOU .. THEY WILL FIND ANY REASON TO NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT... The inside of my apartments is ok I guess... I need new carpet n cabinets tho... The tub is peeling got it fixed three times still messed up I just gave up¤...they say you cant bbq no where bu t the back pool area and if you walk thur the complex you see people bbqing by there homes...a few of my neighbors cars were broken into...one of my neighbors got their catalytic converter stolen from their car..the sidewalks are nasty¤...the pool needs to be cleaned more often in the back... the patio furniture is old and dirty §§in the back pool area...laundry rooms §dirty...there is a lack of communication£ in the office half of the staff doesnt know any info you ask them about¤...they feel they have no need to inform you of any changes concerning ur unit... There are a few more things but imma stop here¤¤«...Ok so thats...¤¢¤The good news is they have two ladies that are super sweet and helpful¤ in the office...they come and repair §§¨things in a timely manner...they help families that need assistance with food ¥«¥by providing groceries from the food bank...they have parties n activities for the residents from time to time... They over all are doin a good job ¥just some things need to be worked on as in any apartment complex...¤ more ... hide ...

I lived here for nearly 5 yearsOffice is never open, its always locked despite them giving you a key (that doesnt work). If you complain Kathryn (the manager) and the other girls will claim to have been in a mee ting. Dont bother calling because they will never answer. They will lie to you in the office and then act like they never made any promises.Those things aside, If you enjoy roaches the size of nickels, regular shootings, police raids next to your apartment, and break ins this is the place for you! I experienced all that and even witnessed a child being ran over and killed here. Management will lie about it. Or forget¦.But what they wont forget about is that rental increase. They raised my rent 3-4 times in a year every year because I wouldnt sign a yearly lease. Ive never feared so much for my safety and my money in my life and Im from Chicago.Dont do it!Dont trust my word? Knock on any apartment door and hold a conversation with one of the residents.
