If I could leave 0 stars I would. This complex has been nothing but a headache since day one. If your considering renting from here I would strongly advise you look for something else. Ive lived here almost 2 years and t hey have a huge issue with roaches on the property regardless of how much you spray they always come back. The property managers dont fix anything, most of my outlets in my apartment do not work and the 3 that do have to have a 3 prong extention cord or else your cords will not stay in the outlets. They have upped the rent & advertise remodeled apartments but my apartment was gross and uncleaned the day I moved in, I actually had to clean it from day one. Im fairly certain that there is mold in the unit because Ive had lots of breathing issues since Ive moved to this complex and its obvious they havent maintained this property from the get go. Most of the neighbors are super nice but we do have a lot of foot traffic by people that dont live in the complex. Alot of homeless people digging thru our trash. But they want to tack on fees to clean the property outside bit the trash really isnt from the tenants its from the homeless people in our dumpster. NO SECURITY KR OR CAMERAS EVEN THO NUMEROUS CARS HAVE BEEN VANDALIZED, BROKWN INTO ETC. You have dealers walking around tryna sell you drugs. There is a gate but its almost always broken. I honestly could go on and on but its definitely not worth it for the money. Especially after they raised the rent. I dont mind paying more but certainly not in the ghetto ¤£ more ... hide ...
