Was decent until they started rasing the rent $200 each year. We stayed in the houses not the apartments. Started out paying 1250 for a 4 bedroom. Really wasnt even a 4bd the living room was just split to make a room. We had to leave once it hit $2000 a month with no upgrades to the house. We requested new carpet every year since it was patchy and clawed down from previous renters. The maintenance were probably the best they did more than the people who worked in the office, theyre just lazy and dont want to attend to people who are trying to pay their rent. Would gave a better rate if they actually did some work when raising the rent. more ... hide ...

I called to get pricing and information about the property and was initially greeted by Jackie who was very pleasant and polite. My guess is that she was new because she wasnt able to answer most of my questions. She pol itely told me that the property manager JD would be able to help me with the information I needed. My call was then transferred to JD who was completely rude and unprofessional. I stated my name and told her that I had a few questions about pricing, to which she responded by saying,\"I dont have time to answer any of that, I just had like 4 other calls before you!\"Before I could respond she hung up the phone. Didnt bother to get any information or offer to call back at a better time. This was by far, the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced off the bat. I hope the calls are recorded as a training is definitely in order! more ... hide ...
