I have lived here for over a year and I honestly love living here. Its very nice and clean! The manager that rented my apartment, Megan really took her job gracefully and took the time to address everyones concern. Most of all she cleaned up the apartments complex with a positive, friendly attitude along with Kirby our maintenance man. As a team they made a tremondous change, with respect and a outlook that will forever be greatly appreciated! Now we have Lisa and Kirby as a team, and she is very nice as well, I know I am happy with her as she took Megans place for her to move on to a sister property! I know they wont be disappointed as she ALWAYS leaves a positive impact on many lives! more ... hide ...

I recently moved here and absolutely love living at 811 East Downtown and very close to downtown Knoxville. Its a community feel and I like that too. Emily is very good at what she does and is such a sweat heart and Amy is really good at keeping this place running at top notch quality!The maintenance guys are fast and efficient and when you call to get something fixed they even fix issue the same day. Extra bonus are too many too list but if you are a dog lover like myself theres even a dog park here. And a park next door. I was a little skeptical to move here because its downtown and I am a little older but everyone is so welcoming and nice. Best decision I made moving here and am very happy here. more ... hide ...
