This place is the worst apartments Ive ever lived in! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone! They have the worst maintenance staff. They take forever fixing the smallest things. My AC hasnt worked properly for thr ee years since I been here and now Ive been without for a week and they dont care! It will probably be three months before I get it fixed if Im lucky! My toilet has been running for 8 months running up my water bill and they wont come and fix it. Roaches are another big problem you can spray all you want but you cant get rid of them. This community is the trashiest place Ive ever lived. People just set trash out side everywhere by trees and fire hydrants because they are to lazy to take it dumpster. The office staff is the rudest people I ever had to deal with. They arent friendly at all!! I wouldnt waste your time looking for an apartment in here trust me! They raise my rent every 6 months for no reason with only a month notice. I cant wait to get out of here! more ... hide ...

No stars if I could choose 0....Was unable to see my apartment in person until the move in, when I realized that I was being put in a downstairs unit instead of an upstairs unit and that the carpet had been POORLY repair ed with patches that do not match the rest of the carpet so I have to use rugs to cover these areas. Roaches. Horrible plumbing issues on a regular basis. Air conditioning issues. Broken gate. Dirty pool. Litter/Trash everywhere. Hit and runs in parking lot on numerous occasions. Gunshots at night very close to my apartment and the police never come to the complex. Was told when moving in that this was a gated community with a WORKING GATE, fitness center, club house and a security guard that would occasionally do drive throughs to check on the community. This complex has NONE OF THE ABOVE. more ... hide ...
