I lived there in 2018/2019 yes only 1 year went through 3 managers I didnt know what bedbug was until I moved to this apartment complex that was owned by concord management. I was not able to fully move in because of all the bugs from ants to spiders and those big water bugs and dont get me started on the trash compactor always broken and after I moved out I find out 2 years later that they put an eviction on my name by concord management 2yrs and a few months later now Im fighting to get that off my name maybe this new company is doing better than concord did for Brookwood apartment more ... hide ...

Not considerate of tenants they never fix things on time when asked and when you call call up there she never answers the phone is have put in so many work orders and still no progress I had to wait a week for my air to get fixed when it was hot and I was pregnant and stated that the lady up front is not very efficient either I have never been so ready to move plus they can kept a maintenance man out here thats fast and good and its only one and he takes his time Im fed up with them period my cold water in the kitchen has been out no has come to fix it they so called fixed my oven only out one burner and no light in there so that was a half job its sad and unorganized more ... hide ...
