This apartments are very comfortable and secure. I have lived here for a long time already and never had any issues. Ever since the administration changed the current assistant always treats you with a bad attitude and n eeds to be trained properly. She will try to ignore you and tell you to come another day because they are busy. Recently I applied to transfer me to another apartment. I even paid the application fees and the manager told me that everything was good and just to wait for the apartment to be finished from being remodeled. Then they denied it for an incident that they werent capable to resolve and the supervisor had to resolve it. Now they say that the apartment we were supposed to get has been leased to someone else and that they have no available apartments. So now I have to keep on waiting again. Today I went to talk to a temporarily manager Sendi Galvan and she was very helpful. I loved how she was very attentive and was willing to help us out and has the experience that is needed. I would love for the new manager to be nice and attentive just like her. more ... hide ...

Do NOT move here PLEASE READ RUN RUN RUN ...I have had countless problems with this so called luxury apartment and nothing has been done about it. This building isnt LUXURIOUS ITS GHETTO . I wish I would have read the reviews before moving to this building.Please Read other reviews , staff is extremely nice when youre touring the place. After you move in¦they could not care less about any of the residents or the problems they experience.Holli is extremely nonchalant, extremely sassy can care less about anything . I have never seen someone so heartless before .You can tell by their response to other negative reviews¦ as they claim them all to be false reviews by a disgruntled resident. This just shows how lacking their ability to take responsibility . I refuse to be SILENCED I HAVE RECORDING - IMAGES - VIDEOS. I WILL BE HEARD . I will expose them every single day.My bathroom roof had a MAJOR LEAK (pictures attached) 1 month of me moving here . How does that even happen? I have experienced this 3xs in total . My bathroom started growing mold they literally just painted over it.Ive talked with other residents and they too have experienced lots of problems with the staff. Last month two men camped out in the parking garage wore ski mask as they attempted to rob residents . AGAIN NOTHING WAS DONE .Save yourself money and time DO NOT MOVE HERE. more ... hide ...
