This apartment complex feeds off people needing a home with the promise of a safe environment however this place is NOT SAFE for children. My sister is a new tenant there. Not even a month had passed when she was surpris ed by an adult racoon INSIDE her apartment. This was her first night there. Apparently the racoon had entered through a broken vent. The front desk said they would escalate the problem and fix it by either changing my sisters apartment or by fixing the vent. Weeks passed and NEITHER solution happened. THIS TIME 2 baby raccoons entered through the same vent except these had RABIES. After trying for hours to reach someone to help her (she was trapped in her bedroom with her small children terrified) her neighbors finally were able to get a hold of security who was able to remove the baby racoons however it is evident this place will not take action. She is stuck in an unsafe apartment with MANAGEMENT nowhere to be found. They have yet to answer her. Please skip this place if you are looking somewhere new to live. Do not take lightly to businesses that stay alive by taking advantage of hard working people who trust them to do what they say. The owners/management hide while making their front desk employees (who clearly are underpaid, their annoyed tones says it all) answer to complaints knowing they dont really plan to do anything about it. more ... hide ...
