Living in hairston wasnt like it was back in the days.Mangement have moved some of the nastiest disrespectful,ghetto women in these apartment you would think that those apartments was projects hairston is just somewhere to stay until you get on your feet not a place to stay forever the apartments are roach infected. So if thats your cup of tea than by all means stay there.... I lived there for 5 years and after i seen roaches in my apartment from girls who was staying beside me i told Mangement and she didnt want to do any thing about it that all i needed to know thats when i put my plan in place i gave my 30 day notice and got the hell up outta. there...so ladies i said all that to say this hairston is not a great place to raise your kids so have a plan in place to do better. more ... hide ...

There is new management by the name of Greg. Greg is actually the worst management I have ever dealt with in my life. This man and apartment complex is very expensive for the horrible facilities. Not only is maintenance terrible about fixing things but the parking is another deal in itself.Without informing ANYONE they started booting cars and charging $100 per boot. They refuse to talk to the company they contract with to boot and tow the cars. They also did not make sure residents that LIVE here GOT THEIR PARKING PASS. People who paid for the parking pass, which the office is too lazy to pass out, are getting booted.They also make it extremely difficult to allow visitors because the incompetent parking situation. I have lived in much much nicer places than this for much cheaper.This place is a joke. more ... hide ...

I need for someone to reach out to me because i had a bad experience yesterday. My mother resides there and the office was closed because apparently they have some kind of rule in place that is not distributed evenly thr oughout the complex of having vistors. my car was almost towed yesterday after only visiting my mother for about 10 minutes to do something that she called me over for and when i come outside the GOTCHA Towing company was ready to tow my car. My question is how is this possible when the office is closed. Why is the office closed on a Tuesday anyways. What kind of operation is being ran over there. This has to be against some kind of city ordinance code or something. I have heard many stories of how they call themselves running this complex over there. How can the maintenance man (DON) call the tow company on me when he looked me in the face knowing i was coming to the office when he walks by and sees my trying to reach someone there but not speak to me. Something needs to be done before this complex loses out on all of their funding and residents and they will not have anyone to occupy their homes. more ... hide ...
