The 11 years Ive resided at this apartment complex has created more anxiety than worth it. For it to be HUD housing Ive probably paid close to purchasing a house. In the time Ive resided at Tera Gardens I think this year is the nicest the property manager has been, I feel because of individuals socio economic status at this location the Property Manger (Sherry) feels like she can treat you like a low dog. I am thankful to the Assistant Property Manger Diane for being willing and able to work with me. For a year I was overcharged in rent due to their mistake yet no reimbursement was made, however if you make any sort of mistake you will be held accountable for the mistake and be either evicted, made to re pay them or looked at like you intentionally tried to lie. You are expected to abide by a no smoking policy that Management doesnt even follow. They supposedly claim to value their residents however this is not how Ive been treated. more ... hide ...
