Welcome to Eduardo Luzardo Amazing Reviews today we are reviewing Peterson Place apartment in Dallas TxLooks 2/5These apartments are ok. ( Note that I am not a resident but have visited many times ) Look wise not so much its horrible they have improved over the year and it looks like management is stepping up and rebranding it self as family friendly affordable and great looking apartments but these apartments looks wise are sh*t inside and out!Management 1/5Management is horrible it takes months or a year to get your work order to actually be done as I spoke to residents Thursday Jan 23rd One resident said they have been requesting a carpet change for months but they said we have to see the carpet first its been 6 months and she never heard back horrible management the manager should be replaced and fired!!!!Area/Neighborhood -1/5Horrible just horrible shots heard at night gang shooting out tires management should improve security first with new gates new fences and barbed wire on the fences and covering some trenches digged up by people who try to sneak in. Management a police officer patrolling the area 3 times once every 4 days will not do enoughThings to do 4/5You do have a lot to do near these area just 2 min away car distance and 6 min walking distance is the Galleria mall one of the best malls in Texas and right across the street is a AMC movie theater previously owned by Valley View Mall which closed down a few years priorEnvironment 3/5A lot of schools in the area which is always great a little more far like 10-15 minutes car distance so most parents choose to send there kids on the bus every morning this is in the middle of Dallas so all schools that you are going to find will be part of Dallas ISDTotal Score: 1.8 round that to a 2Check out more of my reviews and give it a like see you next time and hopefully this review helped you out thanks! more ... hide ...

If you have not heard about The Rosemont at Pemberton Hill, well let me tell you about a month ago my family came and applied and just could not believe the warmth of the atmosphere you could not tell that was the leasin g office. You walk in the door you are greeted, leaving you are acknowledged, and to top it off you are given refreshments and doing your paperwork you child or children can play a game to keep from getting on your nerves. The assist mgr, mgr,and the secretary enter act with the kids and all the residents walking in and out calling each one sir or maam. Ive lived here for three years and I absolutely hate it. If you like rats, roaches, and raccoons this is a great place for you. Theres trash absolutely everywhere and no one cares to pick it up. This complex is d isgusting and the ever changing office employees could care less.My car has been broken into 3 times since Ive lived here and the property did absolutely nothing to help me.If you can avoid it, do not move here. Molly is my absolute favorite person! She is always so sweet, calm and serene. She is also very helpful. The whole staff has always been sweet anytime I call to inquire about an apartment. I am really impressed with the management team here at Ridge @ Trinity, Monica is a very professional, and knowledgeable manager alone with the rest of the management team, Always helpful, polite, and very great attitude s, Including maintenance staff turn in a work order 1 day, and it handled the next day, Ive been a resident here at Ridge # Trinity for 18 years and Ive seen so many management companys come and go, As well as there staff, Some good and some bad, But we have a Great management staff here now, And I pray GOD keeps them on board at this property for quite sometime, Because theres a lot of amazing things being accomplished with this awesome management team....
