matainence is great. But the company that runs these are terrible and the buildings themselves are poorly put together. the term slap dash is used alot when discussing the layout of the floor plan. Theres almost no kitch en and the conditions are unsanitary at the least and hazardous at the most.. inspectioms are only for your stuff. Not to fix most problems.Our manager is always getting a tan of company time and not doing what she needs to she costs this apartment alot of rent$$ because shes so lazy.
