My experiences here at Gill Park cooperative they open doors for me when my daughter was small about 4 years old and ready for school. Horace Greeley open the doors for her and she learned very fast and was on the honor roll quite frequently there. Gill Park gave us a two-bedroom apartment the manager she was a dream come true at that particular time my daughter was about 4 years old and we bought a kitten named Sneezy. Of course I was allergic to him but we managed because she wanted him and I sneezed and we named him Sneezy. The rent was just Rite Aid Gill Park cooperative and the apartment they gave us was so beautiful it was already decorated by the person who used to live there in apartment 307. I volunteered quite frequently at Horace Greeley and the trips we went on what ballets and plays and picnics sightseeing trips to the zoo Lincoln Park and this is our start for being well-rounded. And after that we went to the Civic Opera House to see the color purple we went to other theaters and we saw The Lion King and I also visited while daddy took care of Tiffany the auditorium theater to see Riverdance and that was so beautiful. So since we lived in Gill Park weve had a wonderful time of very nice upbringing for my one and only daughter and we experienced other things in life as you can tell and she did all of her homework she read all of her book she brought home from the library each summer so we had a very good time since we lived here at Gill Park cooperative thank you. more ... hide ...

If I Could rate this place a zero I would .Starting off I would like to say you have mothers with child/children (Boys) over five years of age coupled up in the room with their Mothers . Most have to sleep in the same be d because the rooms arent big enough to put the child in their own Bed.Secondly The staff is ridiculous They treat the tenants like gum under their shoe . Ive heard the way they talk to the tenants and put fear in them . Charge them for Everything . Not to mention the tenants is NOT paying 30% of their income Somebodys getting Over theyre being Over Charged . I went to visit one day and the way Della The Previous (HBIC) was talking to a senior didnt make no sense . She needed her Mouth washed out with Soap and But Whooped By sunrise . the Rodents is out of control . The tenants has to pay for Normal wear and tear . Late fees thats too high I mean this is a low income building . But I call it like I see it Bootcamp I wonder if the tenants know anything about HUD and if possible that they could talk to Someone other than the Wardens thats in that Office . HUD need to Serious Take a look at these People and whoever Hired this Staff Need to Really Evaluate the people that they Hire . these are people not Dogs this is a place to live Not a correctional Center . I call it like I see it its much more I will be back Im gone file a complaint with HUD Myself Because I know the tenants are afraid To do so ! more ... hide ...
