As a current resident here, I do not like the managers here very much. They are very rude, and unfair to other people here. Also, the maintenance here is never anywhere to be found when you need something fixed. I recomm end not moving here at all. more ... hide ...

I lived there for a few years and the pool never opened always some excuse about repairs. Playground is closed. There is not enough parking for everyone and its hard to get one visitor pass. They do tow cars but they pick and choose which ones to take not all with no pass get towed. The rent gets increased every year by like $50-60 with no reason why. Maintenance works fast on some things other issues they take weeks and you need to keep reminding them. more ... hide ...

It takes a long time to get things fixed. They asked us to put everything in a portal yet things dont get done here. My mother is an elderly person & am having to take her to the front office to ask when things will get fixed. All they say is well send someone. And nothing gets fixed its been 4 months and we still waiting. The a/c unit is filthy it has been 4 months not once have they put a filter on it. Supposedly they change it every month not once have they brought us 1. Roaches & ants have been seen since before we moved in . The fumigation must not be strong enough we still have issues with ants & Roaches. My mothers bathroom is still without bathroom Handel bars for her safety. Its been 5 months & still nothing. Parking spaces are being fought over some of the tenants asking us we need to move cuz they been living here longer. When the parking spaces dont have numbers to where to park. Months ago it we had a water leak in the ceiling it took them 10 days for them to come check & put a stop to it. Our 2 bedrooms got soaked they have not come by to check if their is mold in the walls. This concerns me for my mother & I are elderly we both have asma .
