This place is a shamboo and for one this place parents are supposed to watch there f kids.they do not. Most dont speak English. The burn the place and set them in another apartment. Its sad no swimming pool or big play g round for kids. Kids that dont speak English scratch you vehicles and throw trash around. It starting to look like a dump. Its the worst of the worst. Including wood bridge apartments. They are the same. Dont rent either latal or wood bridge apartments. All they care is you pay the rent thats it. And when you need something fixed. This building has a long standing issue with bed bugs.We lived here three years and got bed bugs and had no idea why. After talking to our neighbors we realized they had infected the entire side of the building we lived on and several people had already left. This was obviously a long standing issue because the landlord Kathy Martinez told us the apartment they moved her into when she started to work at the building had just been treated for bed bugs. That was three years ago when she moved it.They had Orkin come in and attempt to fix the problem but Orkin said Tomlinson and Associates were not taking the proper steps to treat the problem because of concerns associated with costs.After three weeks of dealing with them we saw that they had spread to our next neighbor after they had heat treated us again.This was seriously a nightmare and Kathy and Tomlinson and Associates treated us terrible throughout the entire process. Not responding to emails and Kathy ended up hanging up on us when we called.We sued them in small claims court and as soon as they got the court summons they finally replied to our emails and settled out of court.It is unfortunate that they are treating people like this in this building with it being 80% tax credit housing. Most of the folks here do not have the resources to move or know how to take action against Tomlinson and Associates. Tomlinson and Associates was charging people who got the bed bugs $1000 for treatment even though they were completely aware it was a preexisting problem in the building. more ... hide ...
