Really friendly at first but apparently its all an act to scam you out of your deposit. They charged me for a fire extinguisher which was not even my responsibility to maintain. Place wasnt very well built in the first place and tryed to bring up things that were never addressed by them. Long story short, I wouldnt recommend them to anybody.more ...hide ...

River Run is a great place to live! Shylo keeps everything running smoothly and is so kind and respectful to the residents. Shylo keeps everything running smoothly and is so kind and respectful to the residents. On several occasions she went above and beyond to help me, and was always so pleasant and willing to do so. The grounds were always well-maintained and kept clean, and Alex was always prompt to respond to any maintenance concerns. The location can€™t be beat, especially for those enrolled at the University. A quick walk through the fence to the shuttle lot saved a lot of time and hassle trying to find parking. There€™s a little playground for kids and plenty of sidewalks for chalk-drawing or a little walk. We loved our time staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!more ...hide ...
