Thought about putting a one star rating but thought we would be a tad gracious Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication In the application it clearly states Applicants will be notified in writing within ten 10 days of receipt of the appl Thought about putting a one star rating but thought we would be a tad gracious Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication In the application it clearly states Applicants will be notified in writing within ten 10 days of receipt of the application as to the acceptance or denial of this application If no unit is available at the time of acceptance applicants name will be placed on the waiting list We still have yet to receive an answer and we sent the application on January 12 2023 We know it was received as we got an email saying they received it Not only this but we have continuously called and emailed to receive an update and all they could tell us was we will know by tonight or we will let you know by this weekend yet they have failed to inform us and failed to uphold their end of the deal Not to mention that quite often they arent even in the office during the times they say they are It has been so frustrating to need an answer and we cant even get the chance to talk to someone let alone get ahold of anyone It would not have been that big of an issue if we had simply gotten updates about our application status and a time frame of when we could expect an answer The fact that we had to call and email every single time was ridiculous Do not recommend more ... hide ...
