When I lived there back in 2016 the lady that ran it was horrible Shes not a great person hateful and never helpful She is very Judge mental person and loves to be in your business I hope shes not running it

The new property manager and the maintenance manager Walt are great The apartments are a great value But they certainly not perfect

I live here and it is a great place to live I gave them notice I am to be out April 1 They are supposed to rent it out and give me my 400 deposit back so I will get back to you about how great they are at keeping their word

The grounds were always well-maintained and kept clean, and Alex was always prompt to respond to any maintenance concerns. The location cant be beat, especially for those enrolled at the University. A quick walk through the fence to the shuttle lot saved a lot of time and hassle trying to find parking. Theres a little playground for kids and plenty of sidewalks for chalk-drawing or a little walk.
