I live in Michigan and they send me the application on line for the Rowan apartment to my gmail and then I applied and after applying on line they asked me to go to their office to sign the application with adult family I live in Michigan and they send me the application on line for the Rowan apartment to my gmail and then I applied and after applying on line they asked me to go to their office to sign the application with adult family member and as a scheduled for me in 1/22/20 I drove to their office and we signed the application and the got our paychecks and the social security number for all family members in the application and we was qualified for this apartment depending on our paycheck and our income. They said the approval will take about 2 weeks. I call them 4 days ago with no response and I emailed them twice in 2/2 and2/3/2021 with no response but today I called them again they said sorry all the units has been rented . So why thay asked me to drive from Michigan to West Virginia and they already know that I live in Michigan and the apartment has been rented as they said today and they got all family social Security number! (Violation of the fair housing act)more ...hide ...
Wonderful place to live. The managemebr and owning company care about the safety and security of their Tennants. The upkeep is spot on and no problem neighbors. Amazing work!!
