I applied for this place in December was told that it would take a couple of weeks for the application to process, but in order to hold the unit I would have to put down a $150 deposit. After giving my $150 I heard NOTHING from this company ! I called on multiple occasions even sent emails! After about two weeks of calling the property manager I decided to call the actual company well, they werent any help either. I was told someone would give me a call back but never did. Finally after sending the property manager an email stating that I would Pursue the matter in small claims court she decided to respond & told me that I could come pick up my deposit. NEVER GAVE AN EXPLANATION ON WHY PHONE CALL WASNT RETURNED OR WHY SHE DIDNT REACH OUT more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
