I stayed at the shoe factory apartments for about 3 years 20182021 While the building and units did have some minor wear and tear the new landlord 2018 took maintenance and upkeep very seriously during my stay there going so far as to replace the cen I stayed at the shoe factory apartments for about 3 years 20182021 While the building and units did have some minor wear and tear the new landlord 2018 took maintenance and upkeep very seriously during my stay there going so far as to replace the central cooling unit roof any property damage and attending to all maintenance requests in a very timely fashion Furthermore the place had friendly tenants of all ages and some with children in the past there was some unsavory folks a few years before 2018 as some of the reviews may hint at but they have long since all been evicted and Ive never seen any criminal or suspect activity going on during my stay The units themselves were in good order albeit with some of the brick walls showing a bit of age but all appliances plumbing internet and electricity were in good working order at all times Overall the place as of today and the last few years has been a great place to rent from more ... hide ...
