The Good: You will have a roof over your head. The Bad: There are too many people here trying to live in the same building. This place has extremely poor ventilation. Certain people living here are intent on closing this place up like a tomb. What gives? This place gets extremely hot during the summer. You will need AC and you can expect your electric bill to be $100 per month during the summer. There is also a general lack of privacy. There are constant apartment inspections for who knows what?
