A car gets broken into almost every night and the office says that they cant do anything about it Not even show the cameras to you

This apartment especially building g is horrible It has filthy stairs especially the hallway and people are putting their trash in the hallway or they are dumping their trash on the stairs and we didnt see the maintenence checking and cleaning the st This apartment especially building g is horrible It has filthy stairs especially the hallway and people are putting their trash in the hallway or they are dumping their trash on the stairs and we didnt see the maintenence checking and cleaning the stairs and hallway I dont know about other buildings building G is very dirty People keep their trash in the hallway for weeks I miss the old maintenence staff because they used to clean the hallway and even when they clean they also dry the stairs and the hallways but this staff left the stairs and hallways with water which made things worse The balcony is very filthy because of the neighbors we cannot even use and clean our balcony more ... hide ...

The worst community apartments HNN is the management company with zero customer service every time you reach out to any of their leasing office staff they treat you like slave no respect at all I recommend customer service training for the leasing of The worst community apartments HNN is the management company with zero customer service every time you reach out to any of their leasing office staff they treat you like slave no respect at all I recommend customer service training for the leasing office staff they are hired to serve the community people pay rent and deserve some respect too much restricted rules all the tenants complain that someone from the staff is reporting to the Towing company and they pick your car in a glance I left the apartment and they charged me over 500 for things that were not legitimate first of all I gave the notice a month in advance they no one from the leasing office came for inspection at my presence days and days after I left the apartment they did the inspection without my presence and reported whatever they wanted I left the carpets 95 clean because I never used them directly I used my own rugs on the carpet but they were saying the carpet are dirty no proof at all we cleaned the whole unit but the leasing office was requesting official invoice from me they say we can only accept cleaning if done by a registered business There is a small bulb in the balcony since that is located outside the unit and it gets dusty they charge you for the dust on the that small bulb in the balcony so have these in mind never leave the apartment without inspecting at your presence if you leave they will charge you they way they want I hope this free advise help everyone to be more cautious Thank you more ... hide ...
