I have witnessed countless daily outbursts from the management regarding homeless, impoverished, and disadvantaged people. I have witnessed countless daily outbursts from the management regarding homeless, impoverished, and disadvantaged people. Furthermore, orders to repair apartments that could have improved the lives of the residents were disregarded. Additionally, people of colour working there have no protection after being attacked with racial slurs. On my last day, as I was collecting my belongings, I was verbally attacked and dismissed a day after a maintenance worker had confided in me that he was being racially profiled by the management, yet they refused to take disciplinary action. It is possible that I was seen as an accomplice, as I had only advised him to contact the Department of Labour and seek legal assistance due to his income. Consequently, I am now unemployed and might not be able to find an apartment due to the financial constraints imposed by my divorce settlement. I hope that the aggressors are investigated and their employment terminated as a result of this. This is a low-income, subsidized community and it deserves a more compassionate team that is dedicated to the needs of the residents. more ... hide ...

Residents live in poor conditions staff are incredibly rude remodels are constantly delayed trash is not regularly picked up to the point where there are rats nests at 3 of them sometimes the trash overflows so much that caregivers need to call neigh Residents live in poor conditions staff are incredibly rude remodels are constantly delayed trash is not regularly picked up to the point where there are rats nests at 3 of them sometimes the trash overflows so much that caregivers need to call neighbors to help them carry wheelchairs to the cars because not a single ramp is clear a mother of a disabled daughter had to carry her all the way around to get her into the car to take her to an appointment staff smoke on site in front of resident homes and even inside them when they are sent out to check out a problem they brought in new staff but i have no clue what change that will bring more ... hide ...

The office staff have no clue on what the are doing Very rude disrespectful people office is trashy just like the complex DO NOT LIVE THERE YOUR LIFE IS AT STAKE
