Kelly is the best property manager Ive ever hadnI was in a tough spot with my roommate where he had to end up moving out of state and rent was owed I ended up moving and closing my account here with Maple Knoll and I thought I was gonna be on the hoo Kelly is the best property manager Ive ever hadnI was in a tough spot with my roommate where he had to end up moving out of state and rent was owed I ended up moving and closing my account here with Maple Knoll and I thought I was gonna be on the hook for a lot of money because of my roommates non payment and he left his room in really bad shape but Kelly and I talked and she really helped me out in every possible way she could and I ended up paying a lot less than I thought to avoid a collections account She is really the best and helped me so muchnOn top of that I never had any issues with management or the property in the 4 years I lived here If I needed something fixed or taken care of it was always done in a timely mannernThank you Kelly and Maple Knoll more ... hide ...

Horrible experience at these apartments As a tenant I have always payed my rent on time and never been the type to cause any problems I respect and take care of my apartment During this last year my family and I have experienced an incredible amount Horrible experience at these apartments As a tenant I have always payed my rent on time and never been the type to cause any problems I respect and take care of my apartment During this last year my family and I have experienced an incredible amount of harassment from our next door neighbor to the point where we had to contact the police Numerous incidents have been reported to the complex manager Lindsey none which have been resolved While reporting an incident she indicated that I could basically vacate if I was tired of dealing with my neighbor At this point that is the best option for the safety of my family and I And opportunity for me to finally leave this horrible place came up and now is requiring that I pay the following months rent since I did not give a 20 day notice rather a week notice This is incredibly unfair especially with the harassment I have dealt with I understand that there are laws but no one should have to put up with harassment and an exception should be made I strongly do not recommend this place management DOES NOT care about there tenants Please save yourself a from the trouble of dealing with these people Find a place that care and listens and not just takes your rents money more ... hide ...
