Eventually, we found a bed bug on her! We had never encountered this problem before. It took them over a week to send an exterminator to assess the situation. Though there was no evidence of bugs on my items, droppings were found on the wall moldings near the floor, suggesting they were already present before we moved in. To combat the problem, I have spent over 400 dollars on DT lavender tea tree sonic bug repellents, vacuuming, laundry, steaming, etc. The exterminator only showed up a week later. Additionally, parking is awful. I usually have to park two buildings away since I rarely find a spot close by. Cars parked on the property are supposed to have a red parking pass, but over half of the cars around my building do not have one. Last night, I was almost towed for parking in the only spot near my apartment. The two-bedroom apartment I'm paying over 1100 dollars for is tiny and infested with bugs. Furthermore, the neighbors downstairs stink up my place with their cooking and nothing has been done about it despite my complaints. I would love to be able to break my lease and never return to any of the properties owned by Williams investments. more ... hide ...

Would not reccomend Very dirty lots of crime and always raises your rent Things go wrong all the time and very old Smells like smoke always not good with kids pool hasnt opened in 3 years
