DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE This is the worst run apartment complex Ive ever lived THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT ON SITE EVER THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS They DONT fix things that need repaired electrical short in hall lights for past DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE This is the worst run apartment complex Ive ever lived THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT ON SITE EVER THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS They DONT fix things that need repaired electrical short in hall lights for past 6 months no repair as of yet with a work order turned in You are charged 50month to use their washers and dryers in the unit If you choose not to pay the 50 they disconnect them but leave them in your unit so you CANNOT bring in your own 600 pet deposit 20pet rent but they dont tell you about that until youre signing the lease There hasnt been anyone to maintain the grounds and were all waiting for the property to catch fire No way to contact management after hours or in case of emergency Had to have the police come and break me OUT of my apartment due to broken door mechanism Been calling to have my front door repaired and what do you know no one is answering the phone Not at Outlook and not at Northwood DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE THEYRE BECOMING THE SLUM LORDS OF PULLMAN more ... hide ...
