Yippee! What a fun time...I have resided here for more than two years and I'm fed up with the same issues cropping up again and again. The worst problem is the management (if it can even be called that). The young chap working in the office has been Yippee! The young chap working in the office has been fine, it's the inefficient interim staff they leave on their own I have difficulty with. If you try to go in when their hours are stated, you'll be in for a surprise. The posted times are rarely followed, I have tried accessing the office itself and it has been unexpectedly closed on multiple occasions with no warning. It doesn't matter if it was 10 in the morning or 4 in the afternoon. When trying to contact the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT office they give you no dependable reasons why no one is there but just to try again the next day. Parking has always been a dilemma here. Recently they have attempted to resolve this by outsourcing parking enforcement to a third party but that has not made much change, what a surprise. There are still loads of dilapidated vehicles that never move. They don't implement what their definition states is an abandoned vehicle. This is EXACTLY why parking is still a major issue. It's okay though, there is no specified parking so if you don't have a spot one evening, then you are compelled to park on the street. Bravo.
