The boy would congregate with other senior tenants and talk in a malicious way about me and some of the other individuals. One of them I spoke to divulged that she had seen my file which contains confidential data only accessible to me and the management.2.) When I moved out, I spent 4 hours tidying my apartment to make sure I got my security deposit back. I took part in the walk-through and signed a form specifying only the rug shampooing and a "re-clean" of the flat would be taken out of my deposit. When I acquired my check, they had deducted an additional $200.3.) I consented to leave 2 weeks earlier in the month to allow them to rent out the apartment as soon as possible. Kim was supposed to reimburse me a few weeks of the full month I had paid. That never occurred and it was hopeless to contact her or anyone.4.) It is impossible to reach out to anyone in the building!! The only time they return calls or call themselves is when it is concerning a rental payment.The complete experience was uncomfortable, irritating, and disrespectful. I was a tenant for 3 years and was so uncomfortable I moved away quickly.I emphatically DO NOT suggest becoming a tenant unless you really need an income-based place to stay. I have lived here for two years and I really enjoy it Kim and Eddie were so helpful to me at a time in my life when everything was falling apart and I was homeless with my four childrennWhen you have been homeless anything with 4 walls and a roof wil I have lived here for two years and I really enjoy it Kim and Eddie were so helpful to me at a time in my life when everything was falling apart and I was homeless with my four childrennWhen you have been homeless anything with 4 walls and a roof will seem a palacebut this place has been really nice No bugs no mice the HVAC works well my neighbors are quiet and kind and the rent is reasonablennThe apartments themselves are convenient to Main Street and lots of local small business shops and eateries Also within 5 miles or less are several trail entrances to the AT the Shenandoah for fishing kayaking and floating parks for the kids Skyline Drive the dog park the libraryso many perksnnI am thankful for the kindness of our building managers Kim and Eddie The world needs more people like them more ... hide ...
