They took a picture of my sleeping visitor and accused me of having people who aren't on the lease residing with me, which is not true. They are focusing on the wrong issues, like who is inhabiting my place, instead of pests and malfunctioning air conditioners. We need assistance from corporate, but it feels like they are permitting this and seeking to push tenants out when a complaint arises. When I lodged a complaint, I was asked if I was giving notice to vacate. We are paying too much money to be mistreated and to feel anxious for our safety. What else will they do to make us leave? Moving to another apartment or house is not easy for some, as this is low-income based, but that doesn't give the front office the right to treat us like the garbage they leave on the street. We are calling for new, respectful management and trained maintenance staff. This place is absolutely ridiculous I have lived here for 3 years now and in the 3 years I have been harassed by the leasing consultant They have lost my rent twice My car got towed in a parking space and I live here and had to pay 210 to get it out This place is absolutely ridiculous I have lived here for 3 years now and in the 3 years I have been harassed by the leasing consultant They have lost my rent twice My car got towed in a parking space and I live here and had to pay 210 to get it out In the 3 years Ive been here they have not fixed anything but put in the service request they have fixed it There is mold in our bathrooms our tiles are rising up and broken theyre are dead birds in my exhaust for the stove fan they have not cleaned out my dishwasher has not gotten fixed in the two months its been broken They dont answer the phone you have to direct email them and if you get lucky you get a response There are no parking spots so family cant visit or they get towed They are stating that I have to get my ESA spayed and neutered or he cant stay on the premises but everyone else dog isnt The management is disrespectful and rude They dont help or guide you And my rent inflated to 1000 for a 2 bed room Its not worth it Please dont move here more ... hide ...
