Management does nothing to fix the issues in units, people wait for months to get any work done, months without working stoves or air conditioning in hot weather. Treatment of tenets is currently abominable and unless the new management team (hopefully they are more competent than the old managers) can or will treat the building like apartments and not a slum the entire management company should be fired and investigated for fraud to figure out where all the money they arent spending on the buildings is going.To be fair the roach problem is now being addressed under new management, but more effort is needed. more ... hide ...
