I called and left a message with your answering service. When I searched for Atlantic at Brookrun on Google and clicked the website button, it said "offline". Last month I paid with a link the office manager sent me. Why is the web address not working? How are customers supposed to find you? Who is responsible for your presence on Google? You should speak to them. Additionally, you should enable more than one account to be saved for each resident; at least two accounts should be provided to pay the rent. This would make it easier for those of us who help our elderly parents with their bills each month. The property's former owners designed their website to have two payment options. Verizon Fios and Dominion Energy also have this feature. I suggest you bring this up to your IT department or webmaster soon. If you make these improvements, I will definitely boost your rating. I would also like to note that, according to my mother, maintenance is doing great but the programming and group activities have not restarted (cookouts, bingo, group field trips). This was one of the reasons we chose your property, so please get that going again.more ...hide ...
