It began well, then took a turn for the worse! The personnel were discourteous and unprofessional (not all, but most). I even had to face a summons because of alleged past due rent, which I had never incurred. When I moved out, they kept my deposit saying that things were damaged, which I disproved with a video I took after emptying the apartment. I was informed there was nothing they could do, but give me a number of someone I assumed was in charge of rent/court matters. I left at least eight voicemail messages; however, no one ever returned my calls. After I found a house and looked into my rental history, the rental company told me there was something showing a court hearing for past due rent, which is still on my record five years later. I have never had overdue rent! This place was the worst place I've ever lived. I don't even want to discuss the trash situation, it was intolerable especially when it was hot. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would! If ever this court hearing prevents me from getting a place I desire, I will definitely take them to court. The apartments were very roomy and attractive when I went on a tour. The only downside was the garbage scattered in the walkways and stairs. Working with Ms. Tiffany, however, was an irksome and lengthy process. Initially, she seemed pleasant, yet I observed her getting quickly angered with others. She was quite disorganized when it came to dealing with my paperwork. Later, she asked for data I had initially offered her but which she had refused. She then deceitfully claimed she had lost my income statements, although I had never given them to her because she said she didn't need them then. I was patient with her until she made a joke about needing more documents, despite the fact I had tried to provide them to her in the beginning. Due to her confusion and hassle, which made me feel like my application was a burden, I asked for my deposit back. Unbeknownst to me, these were housing apartments. I found out only after receiving an email that my application and background had been approved. I had randomly happened upon the 'Leasing Now' banner while I was driving and decided to take a look. I lived in this apartment for about a year, and the rent was really reasonable at 733 a month. The downside was that I was on the third floor and the rental office staff were often rude and unprofessional. They were rarely in the office when they should have been, so it was hard to turn in rent or make requests. What's more, there was no rent drop box, which was a nuisance when they decided to come and go as they pleased. Additionally, my neighbors caused me a lot of trouble. In the warmer months, they would stand outside on the steps or play loud music. My car was even keyed while it was parked in front of my building, but when I contacted the rental office they acted as if they couldn't do anything, since there were no cameras. Lastly, they could use a better system for garbage collection. The dumpster area was always a mess, which was not a good look when you first entered the complex. All in all, the apartment was okay, but the rental office staff and some of my neighbors made it an unpleasant experience. more ... hide ...

I feel that the Management Team can definitely do better so impersonal They expect things of their tenant which is understandable but dont think tenant should expect the same in return when it comes to the maintenance of the housing unit
