Higher fees for maintenance? What maintenance, these townhouses are falling apart and there aren€™t any upgrades. It€™s gross and now on top of that they are requiring we pay for a $100,000 renters insurance!! I can€™t believe the audacity.Parking isn€™t enforced, fend for yourself. Guests park wherever they want and don€™t get towed, it€™s annoying how many people get away with this! When you get home you don€™t want to have to do laps to find parking. Not to mention the flooding, if it rains you€™re going to need a canoe to get to your front door depending which number you€™re at.more ...hide ...

I would give zero stars if possible. I€™ve been here for a year and when my lease is up, I€™ll be leaving. Apartments (literally inside and hallways) are infested with roaches. We€™ve even tried bombing and there wI would give zero stars if possible. I€™ve been here for a year and when my lease is up, I€™ll be leaving. Apartments (literally inside and hallways) are infested with roaches. We€™ve even tried bombing and there wasn€™t even a slight change to the amount of bugs. Maintenance takes their sweet time fixing issues and don€™t even thoroughly fix the problem. Everything is old and when they come and fix something, something else breaks. My heat was broken for the entirety of the winter and although I put several maintenance requests in, no one came to fix or even offer space heaters or anything. Not to mention this place has more power outages than I have ever seen. Kids vandalizing buildings and cars, my car was even broken into. This place isn€™t even a good €œuntil you can find something better€ if you€™re thinking about moving here, I would 100% recommend not tomore ...hide ...

Its one way in one way out the rats are as big as cats and there is lots of drug activity going on. The neighbors have no respect for the ppl above them or below them is horrible
