Startling Village Owners you get 3 stars from me because you do a marvelous job with rehabilitating for move in My one year anniversary here at Startling Village Apartment has been nervewracking because my tub is embedded with deep filthy stains that Startling Village Owners you get 3 stars from me because you do a marvelous job with rehabilitating for move in My one year anniversary here at Startling Village Apartment has been nervewracking because my tub is embedded with deep filthy stains that will not disappear since the day that I signed behind the dotted line along with a walk through checklist the walk through checklist was ignored after I paid to move in there was no refurbishing it or removing the deep embedded stains after they told me more than several times that they were going to get it glazed nothing was done about those stains my tub is still embedded with deep stains that will not disappear no matter how hard I tried to clean it I pay rent out of pocket I have never been late I am faithful and a loyal tenant My apartment is immaculate No Section 8 no other income I work overnight Monday thru Sunday only to find out that someone is entering in my apartment when Im not home since last month I just started my new overnight job items are missing all the time all my clothes hampers are missing I guess my uninvited guest has made themselves at home when Im at work taking my items and clothes hampers with them I had four large clothes hampers they all are missing from my apartment I told the rent office clerks since day one the Supervisors said go file a police report report it to the police my problems dont go away but it get worst because they want to retaliate and show no compassion There is no security or cameras no concern inconsiderate Someone is living rent free in my unit using my spare key to get in I live alone I dont have time to entertain guest but my uninvited guest have time to entertain my apartment when I am away from home You heard about the three bears in the fairytale book Whose been sleeping in my bed eating my food washing and drying clothes in my unit And taking my items The answer is the key holder I didnt get a spare key when I signed my lease but someone is using my spare key Startling Village owner please will you find out what is going on in my apartment unit You seem to be nice people that dont know what is going on I want to talk to you about your unfriendly office clerks because the office clerks are very lousy they have no concerns for me or my items and they kept calling me back to back to renew my lease chasing me down and calling my phone nonstop why so someone can continue to live rent free in my immaculate apartment while I am away from home I want my money back Someone is definitely going to get caught as soon as I get some footages of them Homeowners did you teach them how to Retaliate it is cold outside my heat doesnt work no one came to repair it I wonder why Please contact me the office clerks know who I am ask for the lady with the embedded dirty tub stain and uninvited guest using my spare key They knows who I am I hope to be speaking with you soon ThankYou more ... hide ...
