This complex is for seniors An excellent location Beautiful and Well maintained

I live at Wingler House East The apartments are nice and community rooms and garden spaces are beautiful One big problem is that too many of the tenants refuse to wear their masks while in common areas like the laundry room mail room elevators and I live at Wingler House East The apartments are nice and community rooms and garden spaces are beautiful One big problem is that too many of the tenants refuse to wear their masks while in common areas like the laundry room mail room elevators and hallways used by every tenant on a daily basis I have made numerous complaints however the problem still exists and the same tenants continue to refuse to keep the rest of us safe It is a dangerous place for the notsoactive 55 community during this pandemicnAlso they do nothing to mitigate the smoking of tenants in their apartments The halls carpets and paint smell of ashtray and even though I have made numerous complaints nothing is being done to resolve the issuenWalk the 4th and 2nd floor hallway before you sign any lease which promises that this is a nonsmoking facility more ... hide ...

My mom loves this place as she recently moved here about a month ago from Sarasota Florida However due to the fact that she uses a walker and shes 84 and lives on the second floor the frieght elevator is right in front of her door but because this el My mom loves this place as she recently moved here about a month ago from Sarasota Florida However due to the fact that she uses a walker and shes 84 and lives on the second floor the frieght elevator is right in front of her door but because this elevator is always out of order every time she comes home and goes out she has to walk the entire length of the first floor and then go to the second floor and walk the entire length of the second floor all the way back to her apartment more ... hide ...
